Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xk222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account on the xk222 platform, accessing the website at xk222.ws, or using any product or service offered by xk222 — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots and promotional offers — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the xk222 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. xk222 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on xk222, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. Failure to meet any criterion may result in immediate account suspension pending review.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the platform.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information, including your real name, date of birth and a valid mobile number.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, agent, contractor or close family member of an employee of xk222 or any of its affiliated software or game providers.

Account Registration and Verification

Account registration on xk222 is free and requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Each player may hold only one account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing use.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xk222 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify xk222 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• xk222 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• xk222 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits, winnings or bonuses associated with it to any third party.

xk222 will process KYC verification requests within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of verification. This is a standard measure to protect against fraud and money laundering and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on xk222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). xk222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The following financial terms apply to all players.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. xk222 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Standard charges applied by the payment service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) remain the responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the xk222 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• xk222 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladeshi public holidays and Eid. Standard processing time for withdrawals to bKash and Nagad is 5–10 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–24 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• xk222 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, or where fraud, money laundering or bonus abuse is suspected.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that their chosen payment method is valid and registered in their own name. xk222 will not be liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the player.
• Deposited funds that have not been used for wagering within 12 consecutive months of inactivity may be subject to a monthly dormant account fee of ৳100, charged until the account balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

xk222 does not accept deposits made using funds belonging to third parties, credit facilities, or any method intended to circumvent anti-money-laundering controls. Any deposit found to have originated from such a source will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

xk222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general Terms and Conditions set out in this document as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following rules apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated.

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated at the time the offer is made.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in a player's account. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to normal verification requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• xk222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the player opting in to that offer. Once a player has claimed a bonus, the specific terms governing that bonus remain in effect until the bonus has been used or expired.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, systematically hedging bonus bets, or exploiting technical errors in bonus calculations — will have their bonuses and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
• Bonuses are offered in BDT. The value of any bonus denominated in a currency other than BDT will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the bonus is credited to the player's account.

Gameplay, Betting Rules and Fair Play

All games available on xk222 — including casino games, live dealer tables, slots and sports betting markets — are governed by their respective game-specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing bets. The following fair play obligations apply to all players at all times.

• Players must not use any automated software, artificial intelligence, betting bots, or scripting tools to interact with xk222 or to place bets. Accounts found using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings will be voided.
• Players must not engage in collusion with other players, casino staff or any third party for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Any bet placed in error — including bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a technical error on the xk222 platform — may be voided at xk222's discretion. Players will be notified and any stake amounts will be returned to their account balance.
• xk222 operates sports betting markets based on official results from the relevant governing bodies (ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, etc.). In the event of a dispute over results, the official result as published by the relevant governing body shall be final.
• xk222 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets or restrict player accounts at any time where it reasonably suspects match fixing, irregular betting patterns or other integrity violations. Any such action will be communicated to the affected player where legally permissible.

Responsible Gaming

xk222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all account holders at no cost and without requiring contact with support. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively.

• Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Players may request a temporary account time-out for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During a time-out, the player will be unable to log in, deposit or place bets. Time-outs cannot be reversed once applied.
• Players may request permanent self-exclusion from xk222 at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once self-excluded, the player may not re-register on the platform for a minimum period of 12 months.
• xk222 does not extend credit to players. Players may only bet with funds that have been deposited into their account. The platform will never encourage a player to chase losses or to bet beyond their stated limits.

Account Suspension and Termination

xk222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

• Where a player has provided false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Where xk222 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match fixing, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, collusion, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, or where a player who had previously self-excluded attempts to re-register before the exclusion period has elapsed.
• Where a player requests voluntary account closure. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Intellectual Property

All content on the xk222 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, trademarks and service marks — is the exclusive property of xk222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and recreational use in accordance with these Terms. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of xk222.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xk222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the xk222 platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity — even if xk222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

xk222 makes no warranty that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xk222 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the xk222 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting xk222 customer support at [email protected]. xk222 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Players retain their statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

xk222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xk222 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the xk222 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
